Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Account Details

When attempting to select New Customer Registration Link' by Using External Ireceivables URL.
in IReceivables following error occurs when invoice number is used to search in  'Identify Using' field.

The xxxxxx You Entered Does Not Resolve To An Unique Customer Account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Selecting 'New Customer Registration Link' by Uisng External iReceivables URL.
2. Enter the Invoice Number - 'Identify Using' Field.
3. Provide the invoice number in  'value' Field.
