India Tax Details (ITD) Form Is Greyed Out and Not Editable at Standard Invoice (Doc ID 3012473.1)

India Tax Details (ITD) form is greyed out and not editable to modify the Taxes, Intended Use and other fields at Standard Invoice.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing --> Purchase Orders --> Purchase Order.
2. Create a 3 way PO match and save it.
3. Tool --> India Tax Details, Attach relevant GST Taxes.
4. Now Receiving --> Receipts --Select the line.
5. Tools --> India Tax Details --> Confirm Taxes and save the receipt.
6. Now Navigate to India Local Payables --> Invoices --> Invoice.
7. Create a receipt matched Invoice and tools --> India Tax Details.
8. Observe that India Tax details form is not editable.
