While creating a Project using an API PA_PROJECT_PUB,
the following error occurs

PA_REVTRANS_CURR_TYPE_INV_AMG
PA_INVALID_CLASS_CATEGORY

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Connect to SQLPlus
2. Execute API PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT
3. Review the error message received
