Symptoms

Error When Selecting Hold Reason in Expenditure Inquiry Form

FRM-41830: List of Values Contains no Entries

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From project responsibility, navigate to Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > Project.
  2. Search expenditures and select Tools > Billing Hold 1, update bill hold reason screen appears.
  3. Attempt to enter Hold reason. Receive error.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.13
