Symptoms

When using the Repair Order form it is not possible to view entitlements, warranties, or coverage templates.

When attempting to view the Coverage for an item that has an attached warranty contract an error is displayed:

APP-CSD-209121: This product and reference number are not covered by a current entitlement.

Steps To Reproduce

(R) Depot Repair Super User

  -
Open Repair Order form.
  - Go to Tools > Coverage

 => Error occurs.

or

 - Service Requests > Create Service Request
 - Create a Repair / Service Order

 => In Repair Order - Repair Tasks Actual, the Warranty is not applied for the Labor and Material items.
