Symptoms

Functional amount is not same for Receivables Transaction and Golden Tax Adaptor Transaction even though exchange rate is same.

Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility : Golden Tax Adaptor (Mainland China Only)

Navigation     : View > Request > Submit a New Request > Receivables Transfer to Golden Tax Adaptor
