Symptoms


Arrears Employer NPS Contribution not added in Chapter VI A Deductions in Statement of Earnings(SOE) for income tax calculations.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to India HRMS Manager > Submit a new request.
  2. Run Retropay Enhanced or Quick Retropay
  3. Run QuickPay.
  4. Open View > SOE
