When Copying a Order Calculate Freight Price Field value is Freeze Price . How to Change this ? (Doc ID 3013949.1)

Goal

While users are trying to Copy Sales order  the new order has Calculate Freeze Price field populated as Freeze Price, it should not be Freeze price as this won't let Freight cost calculated on those lines.
