Enterprise Command Center V10: patcECCFiles.pl Did Not Install For Products GL,CE and FA (Doc ID 3014235.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Command Center V10 as fresh installation is performed as per reference 2947307.1. Post running patchECCFiles.pl (as per step 4.3.2.4 Import Enterprise Command Center Applications), it only installed AR, ICX and PA products and skipped for products GL,CE and FA.

Product=ICX, Application=icx_ecc.zip, Language=en, Version=120.0.12020000.57, Status=Success
Product=PA, Application=pa_ecc.zip, Language=en, Version=120.0.12020000.120, Status=Success



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install & configure ECC as per reference:  Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 V10
2. As per step 4.3.2.4 Import Enterprise Command Center Applications, run patchECCFiles.pl
3. patchEccFiles.out shows only AR, ICX and PA were installed. GL,CE and FA were not listed
