iSupport View - Header details not aligned with the borders of the table

Symptoms
Headers in iSupport Employee User responsibility not aligned with the borders and table should display headers correctly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) iSupport Employee User responsibility> Section "Service Requests"
2) Tab: Overview
3) Tab: Contacts
4) Tab: Contacts > (B) Add a Contact – all lists of values
5) Observed that the table with header details are not aligned with boarders
