'Email To Me' Button Returns An Error After Upgrade to 11.5.10 (Doc ID 301465.1)

Symptoms

'Email to me' button on the iSupport Service Request page errors out after upgrade to 11.5.10.

(R) iSupport Business User
(N) Support tab -> Service Requests

1. A list of your open SRs is displayed.
2. Click on the SR Number hyperlink on one of the requests.
3. On the Service Request Details page, when clicking the 'Email to me' button, you get the following errors:

java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-20002: 3203: Attribute 'IBUCONTENT5' does not exist for notification '11111111'.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 1156
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBU_REQ_PKG", line 1104
ORA-06512: at line 1

Changes

Upgrade to 11.5.10.
