User Access to Trips and Deliveries That Should Not Be Allowed Based on Shipping Grant Setup (Doc ID 3014870.1)

Symptoms

Users are able to view and take actions on Trips/Deliveries that do
not belong to their specific Shipping Grants.

The expectation is that user will not be able to view and take any
action on the trips/deliveries that do not belong to their organization.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Shipping > Transactions > Transactions
3. Query Trip > Enter Trip No. > Status: Open
4. Go to Contents by Delivery Tab: > Consignee > Contents by Lines/LPN Req Qty
5. Actions > Launch Pick Release
6. Observe: The trip is not orphan but looks to be orphan to the user who does not have access to that Org.
