Parts Availability Update From Planners Desktop Does Not Update Planners Desktop (Doc ID 301498.1)

Symptoms

 When the Parts Availability is run from the Planners desktop, the Planners Desktop Items Status
quantity changes but the Create Notifications does not.

Navigation:

From Desktop
1)Do a Misc Receipt to increase an Item well above the Parts Loop quantity.

2) Confirm quantity in INV> On-Hand Quantity

3)Run Parts Availability Data by right clicking mouse when in Planners Desktop

4) Exit and re enter Planners Desktop and view Parts Status which shows new On-Hand

5) Run Create Notification from the Reports and Programs menu.

6) View notifications on the Planners Desktop and it has not changed.

 

From Reports and Programs menu
1)Do a Misc Receipt to increase an Item well above the Parts Loop quantity.

2) Confirm quantity in INV> On-Hand Quantity

3)Run Parts Availability Data from the Reports and Programs menu Desktop

4) Exit and re enter Planners Desktop and view Parts Status which shows new On-Hand

5) Run Create Notification from the Reports and Programs menu.

6) View notifications on the Planners Desktop and it has changed and item now is notification is now above loop quantity
