Symptoms

TDS Standard Invoice Is Getting Rejected in Interface with Reason "INVALID LIABLITY ACCT".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Payables > Invoices > Create Invoice Header, Lines and Distributions.
2. Tools > TDS Tax Details.> Add TDS Tax Category and Section > Enable the Overridden flag and save the same.
3. Validate the Invoice.
4. TDS Tax Authority invoice is not getting generated and stuck in interface with reason "INVALID LIABLITY ACCT".
