Sales Order Subscription Item: ABC, shows Ordered Line Qty: 1 but at the bottom
of the sales order form it shows Line Qty: 0

Expectations should be the same as for Standard items

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Create new Order
3. Enter required Header Information
4. Enter Subscription Item > Ordered Qty 1
5. Book Order
6. Observe: Line Qty:0 shows at the bottom of sales order form.
