Option to Update DUNS_NUMBER_C Through API (Doc ID 3015227.1)

Goal

User is making an update in order to set the value 1234 for the DUNS_NUMBER_C field. After the import, in the HZ_PARTIES table we can see value 000001234 instead of 1234.

Is there any option to DUNS_NUMBER_C through API and keep the same 4 digits format?
