Symptoms

FRM-92080 error occurs on a specific PC when the user tries to View Output for a concurrent requests.

ERROR

FRM-92080: Failed to execute command.
Command=chrome http://<host>.<domain>:<port>/OA_CGI/FNDWRR.exe?tempid=1234567
Full Details: Cannot run program "cmd.exe"
CreateProcess error=740, The requested operation requires elevation


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a concurrent request.
2. Click on View Output button for the request on Requests forms screen.
3. Then FRM-92080 error occurs.

Changes

No changes on EBS instance.
