Symptoms

When creating transaction in workbench, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
1. Navigation : Transactions > Transactions
2. Now create a Transaction
3. Click on Save and error message pops up.
