Service: Orders created from Service Charges Always Have 'Freeze Price' In Sales Order

Find that creating charges lines always have 'Freeze Price' in Sales Order.
Steps to reproduce:
Create Sales Order from Service Request form, Charges tab. Looking at the Sales Order in Order Management, status Entered, in Pricing tab.
All Sales Order lines coming from Charges are created with the Calculate Price value: 'Freeze Price'.
However, the setup for Calculate Price flag in Order Management is set with value: 'Calculate Price'.
Also the profile option OM: Charges for Backorders has been tested with values: No (when 'Freeze Price' is expected) and Yes (when 'Partial Price' would be expected), but the Charges lines always have Freeze Price.
When Sales Order lines do not originate from Charges, the Calculate Price value is 'Calculate Price' as expected with the OM setup.
