Adop Apply Fails with ERROR [code=1] Running adjcopy.class (Doc ID 3015925.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading E-Business Suite (EBS) application from version 12.2.4 to 12.2.10 by applying the 12.2.10 patch 30399999. The upgrade patch has failed during apply phase due to errors below:

The following errors are recorded in the patch log file u30399999.log:


Error while applying Patch 30399999

Writing undo archive <PATCH_TOP>30399999/java

ERROR: I/O or zip error while attempting to read entry oracle/apps/csr/core/server/CostCalculator.class in zip file <COMMON_TOP>/java/classes

Error(s) have occurred; exiting with status 1
AutoPatch error:
ERROR [code=1] Running adjcopy.class

AutoPatch error:
Error updating master archive

STEPS
----------
1. Source the application tier Run file system.
2. Run adop prepare phase and then apply patch using below command:
$ adop phase=apply patches=30399999

Changes

 Upgrade from EBS 12.2.4 to 12.2.10
