Symptoms
Using Purchasing, Intergovernmental (IGT) Orders are encountering errors when processing new Modifications.
Error:
PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS contains the following messages:
User-Defined Exception Error encountered while fetching header information.
User-Defined Exception Error encountered while Main-processing.
User-Defined Exception Error encountered while Main-processing.
User-Defined Exception Error encountered while autocreating IGT Order or Modification.
ORA-1422 exact fetch returns more rows than requested number of rows.
Replication Steps:
1. A new Modification has been made for the IGT Order in G-Invoicing (Treasury)
2. The Modification is now being processed into the E-Business Suite using the concurrent request [Intragovernmental Orders Interface]
3. The Intragovernmental Orders Interface is using the 'Get Order By ID' parameter
4. The Concurrent Request completes
5. The errors above are generated as when the Intragovernmental Orders Interface has completed
