ARXTWMAI: Not Able to Query a Transaction Via the Transactions Form

Symptoms
When querying a transaction from the Transactions Form (ARXTWMAI), the transaction is not retrieved. However, running a query via the back-end brings records for the same transaction.
STEPS
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions
1. Press F11 to enter query mode
2. Enter the Transaction Number
3. Press Ctl + F11 to query
4. The transaction cannot be queried
5. Running a query form the back-end retrieves the data of the transaction
