Symptoms

Invalid UOM Error in Advanced Pricing on the Get Item

Trying to set-up a buy one get one scenario in Advanced pricing and modeled the set-up after another buy one get one modifier that is currently working in Advanced pricing set-up. The buy one get one modifier will fire and it shows the expected message on the Order Management screen.                However, after pressing OK to get the expected message, an Invalid UOM Unit Of Measure error is thrown.

After Invalid UOM Unit Of Measure error, then none of the other items price even if a new order is entered, workaround is to switch responsibilities, then a new order can be started and the items will price until an item is entered that qualifies for the buy one get one that has the error.

Following setups were verified:

QP: Maintains the Denormalized data in QP Qualifiers was run and completed normal.

The item being adding as the Get item is set-up in the Org with the correct UOM Unit Of Measure.

The get item is on the price list with the correct UOM Unit Of Measure.

The correct UOM Unit Of Measure in the modifier details under the Get section.

The item does not have a UOM Unit Of Measure conversion.
