Upon installing and opening New MSCA App Oracle Mobile SCM for EBS ver 10.1.0 blank white screen appears

The issue can be reproduced with the steps below :

1. Download and Install the New MSCA App Oracle Mobile SCM for EBS ver < 10.1.0 on an andriod device via play store

2. Download and Install the New MSCA App Oracle Mobile SCM for EBS ver 10.1.0 on the same andriod device

3. Open the new New MSCA App Oracle Mobile SCM for EBS ver 10.1.0

4. Blank white Screen Appears upon launching the app

Install new MSCA app Oracle Mobile SCM for EBS ver 10.1.0 with the older ver of the app existing/uninstalled on the device
