On : 12.2.9 XML Gateway
After changing the Supplier PO Submission URL in Trading Partner setup, the transmission fails .
The following error occurs in ecx_986000122370445_outbound.html

Steps To Replicate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the Supplier PO Submission URL in Trading Partner setup to a new URL .
2. Submit a PO.
3. Confirm with the partner they received the PO.
4. Confirm with the partner they sent a cXML response.
5. Confirm in transaction monitor page the transaction failed with Unknown Clientside Exception.
Changes
new trading partner setup. issue specific to this new trading partner. other partners work fine.
