Resolved On Date Disapears When Changing The Status Of The Service Request (Doc ID 3016694.1)

In Service Request form, after the request status is changed and saved, the Resolved On field is emptied.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in with Service responsibility.
2. Create a service request.
3. Change the service request status.
