Universal Work Queue Sub-nodes Not Showing Any Counts For The Delinquent Bill-To Node (Doc ID 3016778.1)

Symptoms

When flagging bill-to customers as Active, Pending or Complete in the Collectors Work Queue (UWQ), the sub-nodes show the data, but the count is always 0. 

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collectors Work Queue

  1. From the Delinquent Bill-to node, select any customer to drill down to the Collections Agent form.
  2. For that customer, select one of the following from the Actions menu:
    Show in UWQ as Active
    Show in UWQ as Pending
    Show in UWQ as Complete
  3. Close the Collections Agent form and refresh the counts in the UWQ.  The customer will show, but the count will always show 0.
