Symptoms

Cannot finalize the lease due to duplicate of attachments. Generate LDR (Lease Details Report) attachment program is failing with below error displayed in the log file:

ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows

The issue can be reproduced by following below steps:

1. Property Manager responsibility > Leases and Documents > Main Lease

2. Create new Lease > add attachments

3. Run Generate Balances
