Symptoms

Find that the source serial number and instance are empty for the RMA logistics line of a service order with Loaner repair type.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair Manager responsibility.
2. Create service order with Loaner repair type.
3. Ship the loaner item to customer.
4. Check the source serial number of the RMA line.
