Symptoms
When attempting to submit the quote by revising the price, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Delivery event is not specified for line 1. Promised Period of Performance Duration is not applicable for this line.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Sourcing Supplier responsibility by supplier user
2. Create the quote
3. Revise the quote by changing the price
4. Try to submit and it gives above error
