Symptoms

JTM Master concurrent program takes a lot of time to complete when it is run with Inventory parameter.

The issue can be reproduced with below steps:
1. Log in with Mobile Field Service Administrator responsibility.
2. Run JTM Master concurrent with Inventory parameter.
