Unable to discover E-Business Suite (EBS) application in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c with EBS Application Management Pack (AMP) on version
Post upgrade of AMP from to version, the discovery is failing after waiting on Weblogic domain refresh for 12 minutes or more.


Below error can be found in the discovery log file.

2. Targets > Oracle E-Business Suite
3. Click Add and then then try to discover a EBS instance
