The "PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries" concurrent request is giving below warning:


The following periods were not found. Please define the periods in the accounting calendar and run the summarization process.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use a Project Super User responsibility > View > Requests
2. Submit PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries
