The Full AR Data Load In ECC V9 Never Completes (Doc ID 3017918.1)

When the full data load for Receivables in ECCv9.  The data load runs for days and never completes.  The log file doesn't progress or show any errors.

Note: The issue can occur in any product used in Enterprise Command Center (ECC).

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
: View > Requests > Submit New Request

  1. Submit the Receivables Command Center Data Loan (Mode = Full)
