Unable To fetch Default Security Profile Name After Creation of New Business Group From the HR Security Definition Profile form OR PER_SECURITY_PROFILE Table (Doc ID 3018207.1)

Creating a new Business Group in the new instance but default security profile is not creating with new BG. It should be create default 'Security Profile' name same as Business Gtoup.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Logged into HRMS Manger Responsibility or HR Foundation Responsibility.
2. N> Work structure > Organization > Description
4. Created new Business Group by entering all required 'business info details'. Save.
5. When we query the security profile
N> HRMS Manger Responsibility > Security > Profile .
6. Unbale to find the profile with same name as BG.

Note: Verified in the backed via PER_SECURITY_PROFILE table but no records created or saved.
