When Award Modification Is Submitted It Disappears From The Award Column (Doc ID 3018366.1)

Last updated on APRIL 29, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector - Version 12.2.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In iProcurement on the Requisition Tab, when an Award Modification is submitted it disappears from the Award column

On the Requisition Tab, there is a column titled 'Award' that will show any Award numbers that came from the Requisition listed in that row. If the Award is in Draft status, the number shown will not be able to be selected. If the Award is approved, the number in the Award column turns into a hyperlink. This column also shows any Modifications to that Award as well. However, as soon as the Modification is submitted for approval, it disappears from the Award column. As soon as the Mod is approved, the Award number shows up again.

For an Award (non Mod), a number always shows up there, regardless of the status, the Modification should behave the same way.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. CLM iProcurement > Requisitions > Requisition Search
2. Award field is shown populated as the Award is approved, the number in the Award column turns into a hyperlink.
3. When Modification is in "In Modification" status the Award field is then nulled out and the Award column value disappears
