In CLM Sourcing, Document Format List of Values (LOV) is Null When Creating a Solicitation Amendment (Doc ID 3018397.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Sourcing with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) enabled, the Document Format list of values (LOV) is empty after choosing the Standard Form SF30.
It is expected that the Document Format LOV will contain values to choose from.

Due to this issue, users cannot select the desired document format when creating a solicitation amendment, and as this is a required field, the amendment cannot be completed.


Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to a CLM Sourcing responsibility > Sourcing > Sourcing Home Page.
3. Query the desired solicitation document and create amendment.
4. On the Amendment page, in the Negotiation region, there are two fields at the bottom of the region.

Standard Form = SF30 - This is the only value available in the list of values (LOV)
Document Format = the LOV is empty

Changes

The issue is noticed to occur after upgrade from Release 12.2.6.
