Query on 'Export to Payables' Form Shows Already Exported Items (Doc ID 3018579.1)

Symptoms

Query on 'Export to Payables' form, when using query without any parameter, shows already exported items.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manager responsibility > Export Payments
2. Export Payments to Payables > Find Payments (window) > no search criteria provided (including Exported flag) > Find
3. All Payments Items are displayed, exported or not exported.
