ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In PO Summary form the Quantity Released on Agreement tab is incorrect when PO shipment is cancelled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Quantity Released details should validate the cancelled shipment.


STEPS:
---------------
Create Global Blanket Agreement and approve.
Create a Standard Purchase Order and source it to the Global Blanket and approve.
Cancel Purchase order shipment linked to Global Blanket Agreement from PO summary form, released quantity in Global Blanket Agreement does not get updated.
