G-Invoicing: Performance Order (PoP) Date Error - 'Performance Date must fall between order start/end dates' (Doc ID 3019222.1)

Symptoms

A user created a Seller Facilitated Order (SFO) with a Performance order Period of Performance (PoP) date of Oct 01, 2023 and an end date of Oct 31, 2023, with the a project with the same duration dates.

The order was approved on both the Requesting and Servicing side.

A user modified the SFO end date to Sep 30, 2024 and forgot to change the Duration date on the Project to match.

This modification (Mod) led to the Advance Performance Failing the Push to the Servicing agency with the error in the Performance Tab on the order 'Performance Date must fall between order start/end dates.'

Error Message: Performance Date must fall between order start/end dates.

The following steps can be used to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create a New General Terms and Conditions (GT&C)
  2. Create a new Seller Facilitated Order (SFO)
  3. Create an Advance Performance
  4. Approve the Advance
  5. Create a Modification (Mod):
  6. Enable Mod on the Agreement
  7. The SFO will be opened for Edit
  8. In the SFO form, update the POP end date to a future date
  9. Create a new performance with the new PoP start and end dates
  10. The performance fails to push with the error, 'Performance Date must fall between order start/end dates.'
