White Screen Or Blank Page Issues With The Mobile Application Login (Doc ID 3019258.1)

Symptoms

Mobile application client was upgraded from version 1.4.5 to 10.1.0.

When trying to connect to android smartphone mobile application, the login page displays a white screen or blank page.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps :

  1. Upgrade the mobile application client version
  2. Try to connect to android mobile application client
  3. A blank page / white screen will be displayed

Changes

 Upgrade mobile application client version from 1.4.5 to 10.1.0
