Symptoms
The "ECE Receivables VAT Register" report has performance issues. It is taking about 30 hours to complete.
This can be seen in "Requests" form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Ran "ECE Receivables VAT Register"
4. Observe that is taking about 30 hours to complete.
