After Applying Quarter 1 2024 Patch 36338097 for US Quarterly Tax Return Worksheet (Form 941 - PDF) - Displaying Blank Page and Acrobat Error "This document could not be printed" (Doc ID 3019375.1)

After applying the Q1 2024, 36338097:R12.PAY.C, run the first quarter 941.

This can be seen by attempting to review the output from the US Quarterly Tax Return Worksheet (Form 941 - PDF)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Apply Patch 36338097

2. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager Responsibility or Equivalent.

3. Navigate to Submit Process and Reports > Single Request > Quarterly Tax Return Worksheet (Form 941 - PDF)

4. Observe the Output is Blank and Acrobat Error "This document could not be printed".
