In the Compensation Workbench (CWB) Allocation table, is there a way to set the display row count at an Administrative level, rather than asking managers to set the row count individually at the preference level?

   Responsibility: Compensation Workbench for Administrators
                           or
                        Compensation Workbench for Managers

   Navigation: Allocation Task > Settings (gear icon at top right) > Preferences > Compensation Workbench Preferences > "Number of Rows to Display in Worksheet"
   Controls the rows in table at Allocation Task > Employee Allocations section
