Lockbox Validation Does Not Consider 'Autocash Rule' Attached at Customer Account Level (Doc ID 302001.1)

Symptoms

When user doesn't have any autocash rule set up at the customer site level profile but at the customer account level profile then lockbox program is not considering the profile set up at the customer account level. The hierarchy is as follows.

1) Customer site level.
2) Customer account level.
3) System Options.

But the system directly takes the Autocash rule set that is set up at the system options level, if it can't find any rule at the site level. It is not checking at the customer account level as is described in Oracle documentation.
