Core Forms - Even Though Assignment Data Is Present In The per_all_assignments_f Table, the Assignment Form Shows Blank For Certain Datetrack Dates. (Doc ID 3020193.1)

Symptoms

Assignment form is blank for certain Datetrack dates.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Navigate to 'XX Super HRMS Manager' responsibility -> People -> Enter and Maintain
2. In the People form, (Datetrack to today's date) query the Employee.
3. Click on Assignment button, shows Assignment Details.
4. Close the Assignment form.
5. Go back to People form, Datetrack to a date when supervisor was changed for the employee (Example: 02-Feb-2024) and query the employee.
6. Click on Assignment button.
7. Assignment form does not show Assignment record details (like Organization, Job, Location, Position, Grade etc.). It shows blank assignment form.
 
Note: The assignment related data (like Organization, Job, Location, Position, Grade etc.) is present in per_all_assignments_f table on the day where the assignment form shows blank assignment form for the employee.

Example:
