How to Personalize iProcurement Requisition Screen and Not Display Project Fields (Doc ID 3020561.1)

Goal

After upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.12 a personalization was created to hide the Project related fields/columns, in order to make the requisition lines readable and usable.

This was done due to new feature in higher 12.2 releases that allows users to select multiple lines at one time so a change made to one line rolls down to the remaining lines, for example using this "Multi-Line Update" to update the GL date,

When the multi-line update occurs, it also updates fields that may not be visible in the screen view unless the users scroll to the right.

The problem is that users are accidentally entering the Expenditure Item Date and then running the update. This populates a date value into the Expenditure Item Date field for each of the requisition lines. The system then prevents the user from submitting the requisition and gives errors. This is because they have not entered values for all other Project-related columns.

Now that the columns are hidden, the user cannot manually update each line. And in addition, and more importantly, there seems to be no way of running another mult-line update, to clear out the value for Expenditure Item Date. This is because the update appears to interpret blank values as an instruction to leave that column alone, and not to update it.

Please provide a way to hide all of the Project-related fields on the Requisition Multi-Line Update popup window to prevent these erroneous multi-line updates.
