Symptoms
No Action Buttons are present on the Workflow Administrator Notification Page.
It is expected to show Action buttons like Approve, Approve And Forward, Forward, Reject, Reassign, Request Information.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications with Purchasing Responsibility.
2. Create a Purchase Order and submit it for Approval.
3. Action Button like Approve, Approve And Forward, Forward, Reject, Reassign, Request Information missing on Workflow Administrator Notification Page.
