Create Service Requests HTML Page Extensible Attributes LOV Are Not Sorted Alphabetically (Doc ID 3021358.1)

Symptoms

When creating a service request in the Customer Support HTML Create Service Request page, the extended attributes LOV is not sorted Alphabetically by Description.
This causes difficulty when trying  to find the correct value when there are a large number of choices in the LOV.

(R)Customer Support
(N)Agent Dashboard > Create Service Request > Select LOV for any Exensible Attribute
LOV is not sorted Alphabetically
