Symptoms

When trying to close an order after manually returning the prepayment, receive the following error:

ERROR

Order cannot be Closed as there are Pending Performance transactions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Purchasing/G-Invoicing responsibility, navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Orders -> IGT orders and Create IGT Order
2. Push the order to G-inviocing
3. Pull the order into EBS
4. Pull prepayment invoice into EBS
5. Manually create credit memo to return the prepayment in EBS
6. Try to Close the IGT Order and error is received
